Refund & Warranty Policy

At Electro-Voice, we ensure that all products are quality-checked before dispatch. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. 7-Day Return & Replacement

Eligible products can be returned or replaced within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery in case of:

• Product received damaged;
• Wrong product delivered;
• Missing accessories/items; or
• Manufacturing defect or DOA (Dead on Arrival).

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories, manuals and other items supplied with the product.

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect product selection or dissatisfaction after use are generally not accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Electro-Voice.

2. Manufacturing Defects, Functional Issues and DOA

If a product has a verified:

• Manufacturing defect;
• Functional issue covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty;
• Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) issue; or
• Incorrect product supplied due to an error on our part,

the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

After verification, Electro-Voice may provide an appropriate service resolution, which may include repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and applicable law.

A refund will not ordinarily be provided where repair or replacement is an appropriate service resolution, subject to applicable law.

3. Warranty

Electro-Voice products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty for the respective product/model.

The warranty period may vary by product and will be as specified on the product page, product documentation or applicable warranty terms.

Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty does not generally cover:

• Accidental or physical damage;
• Misuse or abuse;
• Improper installation or operation;
• Unauthorized repair or modification;
• Normal wear and tear; or
• Damage caused contrary to product instructions.

Warranty claims are subject to verification and the applicable manufacturer warranty terms.

4. Non-Eligible Return Requests

Subject to rights available under applicable law, return or refund requests will generally not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Product dissatisfaction after use;
• Incorrect understanding of product features or specifications;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Damage caused by improper installation, operation or handling;
• Unauthorized repair or modification;
• Physical damage caused after delivery; or
• Products purchased under promotional or special-offer terms where the applicable offer expressly states that such products are non-returnable.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any refund arising from an approved cancellation will be processed according to the applicable payment method and applicable law.

6. Refusal at Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

Customers are requested to accept their confirmed orders at the delivery address provided during checkout.

If an order is refused at delivery or is returned to origin (RTO) because the customer does not accept the shipment, any refund, if applicable, may be subject to deduction of reasonable logistics, handling and processing charges actually incurred by us, subject to applicable law.

Where applicable, we may deduct up to 5% of the order value plus applicable GST toward logistics, handling and processing charges, and refund the remaining eligible amount to the original payment method.

The applicable amount and eligibility will be determined after the returned shipment is received and processed.

7. Damaged Package at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the outer package at delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, customers should, where reasonably possible:

• Refuse delivery; or
• Immediately contact Electro-Voice support and provide photographs/videos of the package and delivery condition.

This will help us investigate any transit-related issue with the logistics provider.

Our support team will generally respond within 48 working hours.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution.

10. Policy and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.

11. Policy Changes

Electro-Voice reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website with the applicable "Last Updated" date.
